How every post starts before a word is written

Most Social Media Looks Like Someone Else Made It

Small business owners in Phoenix know the problem: post yourself and run out of time, hire an agency and get your logo on someone else's words, or try a cheap overseas service that sounds nothing like you.

Jo built Shop Jo Wilson because she kept seeing the same gap. Business owners with a real story to tell, real work worth showing, and zero time to show it, stuck choosing between doing it badly themselves or paying for content that felt like a stranger wrote it.

The fix isn't a better template. It's someone who actually knows your business, how you talk, what you do, why you do it, and shows up to capture it. That's what Shop Jo Wilson is.

  • Daily posts that could only have been written for your business, pulled from your real voice, not a template
  • Jo shows up in person to record video, no sending clips, no remote editing from a brief
  • 30 posts a month, every month, no burst weeks and then silence while the algorithm penalizes you
  • Month-to-month. No long-term contract. The work earns the next month, every month.

Three Packages. One Rule: It Has to Sound Like You.

Every package starts with a Knowledge Stack onboarding session and includes daily posts written in your actual voice. The difference is how much video you want per month.

Daily posts in your voice, 30 per month, written from your Knowledge Stack and published across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Plus one curated, on-site video per month and a monthly strategy call. Best fit for businesses that want consistent daily presence and one strong video asset each month.
Everything in Tier 1, plus one new on-site video every week, that is four per month, edited, captioned, and scheduled entirely by Jo. If you want maximum video output and the fastest-growing content presence, this is the package. Four videos a month means four new reasons each week for someone to discover your business.
Need something the standard packages do not cover? Scope and price are built together during a consultation. No client gets forced into a package that does not fit their business. If neither Tier 1 nor Tier 2 is right, we build one that is.

What Jo Actually Does for You

Three core services that run together, daily content, on-site video, and monthly strategy, so your social presence grows without taking time away from running your business.

Daily Social Media Posts

Daily posts in your voice across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Written from your Knowledge Stack, not a template. The work goes out whether you remembered or not.

  • Posts go out every day, no missed days, no dry stretches
  • Keeping your voice and posts consistent is what Jo makes sure does not fall short
  • Written from your Knowledge Stack so the content always sounds like you

On-Site Video Content

Jo comes to you and records the real work happening. The honest behind-the-scenes moments. Then handles the full production so all you do is keep doing your job. Tier 1 includes one video a month. Tier 2 includes four.

  • Jo shows up on-site, no remote briefs, no sending clips back and forth
  • Behind-the-scenes footage of your team doing what they actually do every day
  • Full production handled, recording, editing, captions, scheduling, you do nothing

Monthly Strategy Call

Once a month, you and Jo get on a call. Review what is growing. Talk through ideas you have been sitting on, and Jo gets them onto the feed. The Knowledge Stack updates, the content sharpens, the business gets ahead of itself instead of behind.

  • Once a month, real numbers reviewed together, what is working and what is not
  • Jo makes the ideas business owners have come to life on the feed
  • Strategy stays tied to where the business is actually going, not autopilot

Three Reasons Clients Stop Doing It Themselves

Time runs out. Content gets generic. The algorithm punishes the gaps. These are the three dead ends that send most Phoenix business owners looking for a different solution.

You Post in Bursts and Then Disappear

Most business owners start strong. A few posts in a good week, then the business gets busy and social media is the first thing that goes.

  • The algorithm penalizes accounts that go quiet for two weeks. Reach drops and doesn't come back overnight.
  • Daily presence is what compounds. One year of consistent posts builds something. One year of burst-and-disappear doesn't.
  • Shop Jo Wilson takes the whole pipeline off your plate. 30 posts a month, every month, you don't have to think about it.

Agency Content That Could Be Anyone's

Most social media agencies are optimized for volume across many clients, not voice fidelity on any one client. The result is content with your logo on someone else's words.

  • Generic content doesn't build audience recognition. People need to recognize your posts as yours before they start to care.
  • The Knowledge Stack is how Jo makes sure every post sounds like you, your words, your stories, your way of talking about your work.
  • Content written from deep brand knowledge grows reach because it's recognizable. Your audience starts to look for it.

Offshore Services Can't Show Up

Overseas content services can produce volume but can't produce voice. They work from briefs, not from spending time in your business.

  • They can't come on-site to record video. They can't read the room in your kitchen or on your job site.
  • They can't get on a monthly call and understand what's actually happening in your business this month.
  • Jo is local, in person, and knows the Phoenix market. The proximity is what makes the content feel authentic, because it was built right where the business runs.

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Same content adapted for each platform's format, all scheduled and published on your accounts.

What You Get When the Feed Is Handled

When you stop worrying about what to post and when to post it, something shifts. The time goes back to the business. The social presence keeps growing. And the content actually starts to sound like you.

Never silent, never scrambling

Yes. Before anything goes live, we sit down and build your Knowledge Stack, how you talk, what you sell, who you serve, the story behind the business. Every post pulls from that. The longer we work together, the sharper it gets.

The Knowledge Stack: How Jo Learns to Sound Like You

Before a single post goes out, Jo sits down with the client to build the Knowledge Stack, a deep capture session covering how they talk, what they sell, who they serve, and the story behind the business. It's not a one-time intake form. It grows as the relationship does.

The Knowledge Stack is Jo's proprietary onboarding system, a structured, evolving knowledge base built from a deep capture session with each client. It covers how you talk, what you sell, who you serve, and the story behind the business. Every post Jo writes pulls from this source. It's not a one-time brief. It gets updated every month during the strategy call.

The Knowledge Stack onboarding is a focused sit-down session, typically a few hours. Jo comes to you, asks a lot of questions, and builds the foundation from scratch. Nothing goes live until the Knowledge Stack is solid. After that, posts start going out in your voice from day one.

The Knowledge Stack gets updated every month during the strategy call. As your business adds services, shifts focus, or changes direction, the content strategy shifts with it. The longer the relationship, the deeper the Knowledge Stack gets, and the sharper the content becomes.

Yes. Your Knowledge Stack is built from your business, your voice, and your story, it has nothing to do with any other client. That's the point. Content from Shop Jo Wilson isn't adapted from a general template with your logo on it. It's written from scratch, specifically for you.

How It Actually Works

No runaround, no fine print. Just what you need to know before we talk.

Will my posts actually sound like me, or like a social media agency?

This is the question everyone asks first, and it's the right one to ask. Before a single post goes live, Jo sits down with you to build your Knowledge Stack, a structured capture of how you talk, what you sell, who you serve, and the story behind your business. Every post is written from that source. If it sounds like it could've been written for any business in your industry, it gets cut. That's the rule, and it doesn't have exceptions.

  • The Knowledge Stack captures your voice before a single post goes live
  • If a post could've been written for any business, it gets cut, that's the rule

What platforms does Jo post to?

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, the four that actually move the needle for small business. The same content doesn't get copy-pasted across all four. Each platform gets a version adapted for its format, audience, and algorithm. All of it is scheduled and published directly to your accounts.

  • Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, all four handled
  • Content adapted for each platform's format, not copy-pasted across all four

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

Month-to-month, no long-term contract. The work has to earn the next month, every month, that's how it should be. There's no annual commitment locking you in. If the content is doing its job and the relationship is working, you'll want to keep going. That's the only retention strategy here.

  • Month-to-month, no annual commitment required
  • The work earns the next month, not the other way around

What do I actually have to do once we start?

Three things: show up for the on-site recording days when Jo comes to you, get on the monthly strategy call to review what's working, and stay on top of your DMs and comments. That last one stays with you on purpose, those are real customers and they should hear from the actual person running the business. Everything else, writing, recording, editing, scheduling, posting, is on Jo.

  • Show up for on-site recording days and the monthly strategy call
  • Keep your DMs and comments, those personal connections stay with you

Do you work with businesses outside the Phoenix metro area?

Not right now. The whole point is showing up in person, recording on-site, staying connected to how the business actually runs day to day. If Jo can't get to you, the content can't be what it's supposed to be. Phoenix metro only: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, and Peoria. If you're outside that area, Jo would rather say no than fake it.

  • Phoenix metro only, in-person service requires proximity
  • Serves Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, and Peoria

What won't you do?

A few things, and Jo is upfront about them. No paid ads, that's a different skill set that belongs with a different agency. No ghostwriting personal accounts, only business pages. No reputation crisis management or PR firefighting. And nothing Jo wouldn't stand behind herself. If any of those are what you need, she'll point you toward someone who does that work well. Knowing what you don't do is just as important as knowing what you do.

  • No paid ads, no ghostwriting personal accounts, no PR firefighting
  • Nothing goes out that Jo wouldn't stand behind herself
